Effects of simulated nitrogen deposition on soil microbial community diversity in coastal wetland of the Yellow River Delta

چکیده

Due to the enhancement of human activities on global scale, total amount atmospheric nitrogen (N) deposition and rate keep increasing, which seriously affect structure function terrestrial ecosystems. In order study effects N soil coastal saline wetlands, we established a long-term simulation platform in 2012 Yellow River delta (YRD). Herein, analyzed composition diversity microbial community under different treatments (LNN, MNN HNN, stand for 50 kg ha?1 yr?1, 100 200 yr?1) water-only control (CK). The results showed that with increasing level deposition, ?-diversity (Shannon Simpson indices) decreased significantly, changed. At phylum level, compared CK, relative abundance Chloroflexi increased significantly treatment HNN (P = 0.002), but Chlorobi 0.013) Verrucomicrobia 0.035) significantly. genus Bacillus 0.01) Halomonas 0.042) treatment. Nitrococcus significant correlation NH4+-N. suggest response microorganisms varied by concentration, high concentration would increase nutrients soil, reduce microorganisms, causing negative impact wetland ecosystem YRD.

Ecological Effects of Roads on the Plant Diversity of Coastal Wetland in the Yellow River Delta

The 26 sample sites in 7 study plots adjacent to asphalt road and earth road in coastal wetland in the Yellow River Delta were selected to quantify plant diversity using quadrat sampling method in plant bloom phase of July and August 2012. The indice of β T and Jaccard's coefficient were applied to evaluate the species diversity. The results showed that the plant diversities and alien plants we...

Distribution of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in coastal wetland soil related land use in the Modern Yellow River Delta

The delivery and distribution of nutrients in coastal wetland ecosystems is much related to the land use. The spatial variations of TOC, TN, NH4+-N, NO3--N and TP and associated soil salinity with depth in 9 kinds land uses in coastal zone of the modern Yellow River Delta (YRD) was evaluated based on monitoring data in field from 2009 to 2015. The results showed that the average contents of soi...
